Jade Event Operating Platform|Last Updated: January 15, 2026
This Government Use Addendum applies when a U.S. federal, state, or local government entity (a "Government Customer") uses the Services, unless a written agreement supersedes it.
1. Data Residency
At launch, Jade is hosted in the United States. Any alternate residency requirements must be documented in a written agreement.
2. No FedRAMP Representation
Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, Jade is not represented as FedRAMP-authorized or compliant with any specific government security authorization framework.
3. Restricted and Export-Controlled Data
Government Customer will not submit export-controlled information, classified information, or other restricted data requiring special handling unless MCI has expressly agreed in writing and appropriate controls are in place.
4. Public Records / FOIA
To the extent applicable, Government Customer is responsible for determining how public records laws (including FOIA or state equivalents) apply to its use of the Services and for responding to requests. MCI will provide commercially reasonable assistance consistent with law and contract.
5. Order of Precedence
If there is a conflict between this Addendum and other published terms, this Addendum governs for Government Customers, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
